I still haven't mastered the art of the beautiful crust, but who cares?
This isn't really an Easter pie. I made it last month, but never published the picture. (the pie, of course, was eaten) Anyway, happy Easter. Have a Cadbury (caramel) Egg for me!

The top looks ok, but I have yet to achieve fluted edges. The good news about that is when it already comes out of the oven looking like it's been picked at, it's ok to pick at it some more.
AND if you have a lattice crust, you can dip those tiny crust bits straight into bubbling pie goop.
