So...I don't know about you, but I wasn't at all offended when Wanda Sykes said Rush Limbaugh was the 20th 9/11 hijacker but was too strung out on Oxy to make the flight. But you know, I can see how people who don't hate Rush might have a different opinion.
As for Obama, I think Scott and I agree that Dick Cheney's memoir, "How to Shoot Friends and Interrogate People" was the best shot of the night.
You know, for $200/plate, I'd love to go to one of those some time.
In case you missed it: Wanda's Routine, Obama's Routine
Very sorry this wasn't more in-depth. I could've written a substantive post, but I'm meeting up with a cousin this morning.

I haven't seen the entire thing, yet, so take my opinion with a grain of salt: I wasn't the least bit offended by the Oxy joke or the kidney failure joke but I also didn't think they were that funny. Of course my dislike of both Rush & Wanda may have something to do with that.
I think Rush is a big boy & he's said enough insulting things about Michael J. Fox, Ted Kennedy, etc. that he'd better damned well be able to take a joke.
All the people that have their knickers in a twist over it need to remember they aren't exactly defending a shrinking violet, or for that matter, a classy guy.
Rush is a shock jock, plain and simple, he makes his money from saying outrageous things. It only stands to reason that occasionally someone will return the favor and say something outrageous about him. Notice that he's not upset about it. It's only helping his ratings & lining his pockets.
